Can you passblock a DumpOff pass?
The Subject line says it all... "Can you passblock a DumpOff pass?"
The way i read the rules, I think yes, but I was curious if anyone else had differing interpretations.

Sorry Galak, but i cant find anything in the rules that support that notion, actually the wording of the passblock and dumb off seems that it is possible to use the skill. try reading them over again and see if you dont agree with me.
The passblock skill simply states: The player with this skill is alloved to move 3 squers when the opposing coach declares that one of his players is going to pass the ball.
It doesnt say that it has to be the passaction of his own turn, but simply that it can be used when the ball is passed.
Regards
Poul

The key sentence to me of Pass Block is:
"The special move is free, and in no way affects the player’s ability to move in the following turn."
This implies that Pass Block is only used during your opponent's turn. The skill should be better worded to state when your opponent declares a Pass Action during his turn.
But in many discussion before the statement was always that a Dump Off could not be Pass Blocked. So I'm using prior knowledge here as well.
That said ... the wording of Pass Block should be cleaned up to make this clear.

It really does need better wording then.
