What page of LRB 5 does it explain what affect the block skill has?

In skills section: BLOCK
"The block skill, if used, affects the results rolled with the block dice, as explained in the blocking rules".

Only, it doesn't.

P.10, in the diagrams with the block dice faces, under the blocking rules that start on p.9.

I guess once my eyes had scanned over it the first time my brain just would not see it when I started looking, really looking for it.

As for Nuff's response, I did post under that title. I should just be glad that all 40 of the previous views didn't reply with the same thing before something helpful came up.

Well, I guess all that's left to do is begin my life of ridicule, shame and peltings with rotten vegetables. I'm off.
