Post by Strider_fr »

Does a treeman have to roll 4+ when he stands up if he has Jump Up ?

You can answer this. Is it a Treeman thing or is it a MV <2 thing?

It's an MA<2 thing, so a treeman with jump up can jump up.

He can stand up automatically because he doesn't need 3 squares of movement to stand up.

You're no help Ian. I wanted to help people start to think through some of these rules questions. If you just answer the question they'll never learn to think on their feet.

do note that if you want to block or blitz you stil need to roll a die to see if he performs the action (2+). This also counts if he is a she!

Only if the Treeman is doing a Block Action do they need to make an agility roll (with +2)..makes it a 4+ for a Treeman (normal agility 1, so 6+, but with a +2, makes it a 4+).

You do not have to roll when making any other type of action (inlcuding a Blitz Action)

Blitz Action != Block Action, even tho you can make a block during a Blitz Action (it is also not a Move Action, even tho you can move during the Blitz Action

@GorTex: I think Draco was speaking of the 2+ roll needed for not taking root on the pitch. :)
