Can you use Stand Firm against a fanatic whilst prone?
I assume you can use SF when prone normally (i.e. on a chain push).
What about from a Fanatic? Is his pushing a prone player the equivalent of a block?

On page 23 under Skills
6. Only Extraordinary skills work when a player is Prone or Stunned.
Of course, a specific rule overrides the general (see Thick Skull)
but unless it is an extraordinay skill or explicitly mentioned in the skill text it can't be used prone/stunned.
