LRB 5+ and 6 rules for Bonehead and really stupid

Post by Eski »

Can someone confirm the following..

When you fail your bonehead roll, do you need to reroll at the start of your next turn and then, roll again before you take an action? There was a debate as to whether you needed to reroll once to see if you get your tackle zones back, then to see if they can perform an action.

I also noticed somewhere that when moving from stunned to prone you have to roll for bonehead as well? is this correct? and I assume that means you also have to roll from prone to stand up?

Thanks

You have to roll to regain your tacklezones.
You have to roll to stand up.
You dont have to roll to unstun.

no, you just roll one time per turn, at the moment you declare the action fot the BH/RS player. This includes standing up from prone (which is some sort of limited movement action).
If it happens to have a turnover before activating him, he stays BH/RS.

and correctly, you don't have to roll to unstun, because it is an automatic action.

That was true for LRB 4.0. I fixed that for LRB 5.0.

So when you fail a bonehead or really stupid roll.. then you only need to do it once.. pass it and you can do what you like?

For that turn. Every turn the player tries to take an action you'll need to roll again.
