Ball and Chain with grab

Does ball and chain work with grab? I just saw something on this but someone brought up that the rules state:
Players with ball & chain can only take Move Actions (first line of the skill).
And Grab is usable only in a Block action (second sentence of the skill).

Though the other place I read this said with block dice, but here it does say block ACTION.

From the B&C skill description:

Code: Select all

A Ball & Chain player may use the Grab skill (as if a Block Action was being used) with his blocks (if he has learned it!).

If memory serves you can grab a B&C so your buddy can try and beat the crap out of him

iirc (maybe in a previous LRB), B&C players couldn't be Blocked. Is this still the case? Or am I remembering it wrongly?

that's not true anymore, maybe after 5.0, IIRC.
that's true that it is anyway hard to block an ST7 player...
