Maybe the conceding coach should have to fire players, staff, TRR or FF, or dump Treasury, with total value at least a cumulative 50k per offense? Or 2d6x10k?

The 50k cumulative per offence strikes me as a good solution for a short term league. Good thinkin'!

Sounds better to me too, but a loophole comes into mind. Some coaches would not mind or might even welcome the loss of fan factor. Or if the game is going bad enough, could just dump players that got stat losses and as a result suffer non ill consequences since those players were going to be fired anyway.

Would not work indefinitely though, but at least for the first couple concessions, and as tactical concession go, that'd be a couple concession too much.

No problem. One new rule solves a lot of it: you can't fire a player who's MNG, or who misses a conceded match. So if you want to can an injured player as part of a concession, you have to field him with the injury. Corollary: you can make a hire that's illegal in the long term, but if it becomes legal at the end of a match when missing players return, you have to rectify it. So if you get a -ST Blitzer, you can replace him, then when he comes back the next match fire him. But if you concede the next match, you have to play with him before you can fire him (and you have to fire someone/something else).

Your FF comment is an argument for 2d6x10k. People will fear that roll, but sometimes it's not a big deal.
