Weekly Events

Post by harroguk »

As part of my fixtures based persistant league we now run round events.

Each round the commisioner rolls on the table once and the resulting event affects ALL teams.

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreads ... E&hl=en_GB

I realise that some of the events are unfair towards AG or ST teams but over the course of a 10 match season it should be fairly even.

Just posting a link to it here so people can take a look and post their thoughts.

My Bad, I had the googledoc set so nobody could view it. All changed now :)

Everyone should be able to view the doc with no restrictions.

I had a quick look, and it looks impressive. All the events look really well thought out... well done

Thanks very much,

Initially when I brought it in a few of the coaches had reservations especially the ones from the tournament circuit but it seems even they have come round and are enjoyinghte events.

Had a look too. This is fantastic! Great work.

I think something like this would be a great addition to any league.

Managed to push this list up to 29 different events which means as we only play 10 rounds per season the chances of seeing the same events in a season are quite reduced.

I was going to ask if there were any that tended to appear more than others anyway?

Awesome table anyway. Gives good flavour to the game!

Halflings for justice! That was my idea under a different name. Nice to see it getting used

Thanks for the comments guys, I am interested in any events that you feel are massively overpowered and changes that you might make to them.

Oly, haven't had halflings for justice come up yet but will let you know what people think after it eventually does. with 24 players you should get quite a mixed response :)
