I realy like this idea, if costing 10(as "normal" skill)/30(as "double" skill) for theese discount skills. On the other hand premium skills (block, dodge, side sted, mighty blow, guard, claw) should cost 30/40. Add to that that both block-dodge and wrestle-tackle are uncombinable and I think you have a good base for a new skill system. Will not make all skills equal and will probobly lead to needs to change teamroosters to rebalanse. But if we were to start from scratch i think going in this direction would lead to more skill-diversity.
