Valueing the prizes

In our league we usually have some sort of prize for the winners. This can be a trophy which works as a team reroll, some FF, a fan favourite or even something like a discount on wizards or a 50k card each match.
All of these things make a team better, so should there be some team value added? And if so, how much? Should a reroll be valued related to the winner's race? Should a bonus card be rated 50k even though that's an over-estimate IMHO?
So far I've had prizes come with associated TV and without but I haven't made an actual ruling on this.
Curious how other leagues do this.
