Post subject:  Ideas for our 15th anniversary league

Hi everyone, I’m looking for ideas for our league.

Next year we will be having our 15th edition league! 15 years so far… With this edition I want to make something special,

Each season we start with new teams, but next year I want to reuse old teams, so here’s my idea.

- Only teams with +150tr, if the team has less than 150tr it gets free treasury (the difference between its rating and 150) that can be spent before the league starts.

- To avoid super players, on every team the best player will be retired. Several teams had broken players that won that years league by themselves.

- Old LRB edition teams will be turned to LRB 6 by the commissary (me).

- If someone doesn`t want to play an old team, he will play a new 150tr team and maybe it will have some extra skills (to be decided)

Opinions? Suggestions?

And who decides what the "best" player is? And how?

Sorry for not telling. Player with more star player points from each team

You could turn the "best" players into league Star Players - usuable as one offs.

In our league if a player makes it to 176 SPP's they can retire the player at the end of the season and add in three other teams the player can be used by.

We are on year four and no player has got their yet. So when one does it will be quite an accomplishment.

The other thing you could do would be to allow mid-SPP player's to be drafted to the new teams.

Cheers,
Michael
