Blood bowl living rule book

Has anyone been able to download the living rule book from the games workshop website?
I hit the 'I agree' button but keep getting the same agreement page over and over again.

happens top me sometimes too, be persistent... failing that, make sure you accept cookies, they could be recording the validator that way...

I usually get it on the second click... just click accept again.
