OK, it looks good overall. Easy enough to figure out and without
big game effects. Drilling down I have a few questions:
When we all get together to play of Thursdays, are two different games allowed at the same stadium? Or does someone have to reroll?
Weather:
Arid Heat: I would say that the dry heat makes Undead brittle! Don't exclude them from this effect.
Very Sunny: Does the -1 apply to HMPs?
Torrential Rain: reword "the players" to "all players"
And what can Treeman do, they now have a move of ZERO!
Earth Tremor: Remove "The previous weather..." there are no other choices on that table.
And, do Chaos Dwarves also ignore this?
Strong Winds: I think d6 is too much, I suggest d3
Stadiums:
Bad Turf: Does failing to get up cause a turnover?
And remove "also"
Mega-Tron: Does "random players" include players in the KO and Injury boxes? How 'bout players that are missing the game?
Corporate Sponsorship: Who gets this bonus? The winning team only? or both?
Instant Replay: Can the coach spend up to 50K per die roll? or per game?
That's it (for now), I can't wait to see it in action!
I'd appreciate it if you looked over these stadium rules.

I would prefer a list of stadiums divided into regions, so you can choose a region for each tournament. There should also be more "standard" temperate stadiums which have no special rules at all. Maybe on the d6 roll 2-5 is a standard stadium, and only rolls of 1 and 6 get you a stadium with special rules.

How about his little addition to the big screen rule:
If there's a foul on the field, there will be huge replays on the big screen (like on the championship soccer in Japan), and the public will react and shout at the ref, and therefore at a die roll of 1 or 2, the ref will spot the foul, instead of the normal 1.
