OK i checked the propabilities and as far as i can see, the only propability changed is Niggling Injuries. Curent system 1/9 (11%) this System 1/6 (17%)
The idea is that the Serios Injury Tabe contains mostly useless information. The chain Armour-Injury-Casualty-SeriousInjury Rolls is to long i think...

Hi,
here's another way of removing 1 roll from the chain:
Roll Sigurds die and injury roll at the same time.
To avoid confusion, the sigurds die is a block die - read as follows:
Any Star result: Badly Hurt
Arrow: Miss Next Game
The Skull: Dead!
-------------------------------------------------------
If you want to further toy with this, you could make the following change, since BB2K1 changed the serious injury table to a 50% chance of a permanent effect. (However, it does get a bit clumsy):
Arrow or Both Down: Badly Hurt
Pow: Miss Next Game:
Pow with "!": Miss Next Game + Permanent Effect
Skull: Dead
Permanent Effect - roll 1d6: (This does change the statistics):
1-2 Niggling
3 MA
4 ST
5 AG
6 AV
