Okay, I just thought I could make one but unfortunately, working with PDFs isn't that easy.
So I made one in MS Excel.
There is two of them, one in color, one in black & white.
It's far from perfect but maybe usable until someone comes up with something better.
The edibility varies with the surface you print it on!
It will look like this:
