I've got another. Finish this Slann team.

Finished teams are actually a rarity for me. I played with a Skaven team for about 2 years that was actually only about 80% painted. You wouldn't really tell unless you looked but I just never got around to finishing it.

In fact I would go so far as to say I don't currently own a 100% painted blood bowl team.

The Slann have taken a turn, I'm now using completely different models to what I started with and I'm in the painting groove... so I actually have a chance with this one.

It's near the end 2015, so how did everyone do on their plegdes?

Done, though they still have the models and I'm not seen any updates.... Not overly bothered right now as I'm not in any rush to use that team.

lunchmoney wrote:- Non model related, but still paint related - respray my car.

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

+1 what he said :D
And foul on turn 16 every game?
Well didn't manage to foul in every game or on turn 16 much, but I did paint two teams and attended 10 tournament's so a relative success I would say :)

Looking forward to my second year and my next tournament, The Welsh Open :D

Cheers,

I'm a British Freebooter, will play for any team including Undead (I have my own Apothecary). Good rates.

1: Finish repainting my Chaos
2: Expand my Humans (4 mini's) and partially repaint my Chaos Dwarfs (3 mini's)
3: Paint my Dwarfs
4: Repaint my Skaven
5: Paint my Wood Elfs
6: Paint some 6-10 Star Players, including 2 repaints

If I get this finished, I'll be quite impressed with myself, but eh, shoot for the moon ... end up in the cold vacuum of space ... or something! :smoking:
Well, I didn't get quite as far as I wanted:

1: Finish repainting my Chaos: accomplished

2: a): Expand my Humans (4 mini's) and b): partially repaint my Chaos Dwarfs (3 mini's): accomplished b, but not a

3: Paint my Dwarfs: accomplished

4: Repaint my Skaven: Working on that now, but it won't be finished before the end of the year

5: Paint my Wood Elfs: not accomplshed

6: Paint some 6-10 Star Players, including 2 repaints: not accomplished

But I'm still happy with what I did accomplish, so here's to another year of painting! :D

What do you plan for 2015?

My goals:
1. Re-base my journeymen dwarves so they match the rest of the team.
2. Paint 1 new team 2015 (I have more than enough options)!
Well, 0 for 2 is how I finished!

My basement was the only painting I did. I did play a lot of Blood Bowl, but not as much as I would like!

I won the league championship (go dwarves), and acquired a few more teams. I sold off one of my painted teams, so I'm losing ground on the painted to unpainted ratio on both sides.

Life, school, and family all have piled up, so I'm taking a break from the league for a while. The goal for next year is to play in at least 1 tournament.

Painting would be great, but probably not going to happen!
