USA and Canada Postage costs advised via TFF posts to those five guys. Just awaiting payments now.

So I somehow managed to forget all about this while in Lucca (nothing to do with copious beer consumption) and didn't track down Glowworm to claim my bottle opener. How do I get my sticky mitts on it now? Any chance of collecting at UKTC?
