Taking into account the look of the chaos stuff (namely war machines), that they've put on the stores in recent past, and now adding these new models (that fallow the same lines in armour and tech), I'd say they're planning on merging Warhammer into 40K universe, in the "not so long" run.
Coincidence or not, the game in question apparently dropped the "Fantasy Battle" from title...
