what to do about ALEX(the goat monster). hes one of the "main" characters from the book and movie, but hes not a "big guy".
should i fudge it and make him "big guy" sized? or should i have one of the unnamed monsters done instead of alex?
anyone want to opine?

Good question. I would say 2 options:
- make him "normal" size and consider adding some other unnamed creatures at same size. This could allow for the figures to be played as other races for example - Chaos with Alex + co as beastmen and the big guys as warriors.

Or

- Bump his size a little and make him a big guy, but maybe just a little smaller than the other big guys to stay a little true to the original

i was thinking of "bumping" his size, but i don't know...there are a couple of "unnamed" monsters in the book. theres also a sea monster.

I know (or suspect) that the target use for these figures is as an Ogre team, and the addition of weapons adds Goblins as an option. But they could also be Lizards.

The thing I like about this team will be flexibility so to add additional characters of different sizes is not a bad thing - it opens up other races.
