minor(i think) sculpting needed

Post by bound for glory »

one of my club mates gave me a broken GW treeman. its the newer treeman.
the damage is to the left arm. all thats left is the wooden shoulder pad. it seems the arm that protrudes from it is gone.
i'm pants at sculpting, or i'd do it myself. when i look at the undamaged model(i have 2 that are in good shape), it looks like an easy enough job, but its a bit beyond my limited green stuff skills(i don't use green stuff. i use milliput for gap filling and very minor work).

i'm looking for a bit of help. i can offer cash, or trade for bb/ff figures. perhaps a set of our touney figs, carol and max#1?
i'm in the states, if that matters, and time is no problem. thanks :D

edit to ad: there is enough left under the shoulder pad to attach an armiture of wire to make the "bone" of the arm to sculpt the, well, arm . in fact, when i tried to fix it, i taped a hole it insert the wire.

Post a pic, not much anyone can say otherwise :)

Or just bolt a twig to his left arm, I'm only half joking. I've seen something similar in a gaming store and it looked really good.

If you're on Face Block...give me a message and I might be able to walk you through a few steps and tricks to get the treeman back on its roots/trunk/feet?!
