That is one heck of a good deal, I'm sure you could make quite a profit selling those off on e-bay.
Let's hope they bring back some other classic 2nd ed models too.

Yeah, I assume these are surplus figs they are clearing out prior to going with their entire 32mm line.

Nope. Freshly cast. The guy in the mould room spent four hours digging the moulds out of the vault.

Uhh...so whats the rationale behind selling people 28mm (or smaller) figs if the game is going 32mm?
For the collectors I suppose.

Hell, people have been asking them to recast old figures (for multiple games, not just BB) for years.

I was under the impression that wasn't actually a GW figure, it was a test piece from a sculptor.
I've got a copy somewhere (think I got it from the Icepelt people, who bought the master iirc).

Sculpted by Mark I believe, same as the the rest of the team but not released.
I'll ask him.

People said, time ago, that GW got rid of all the metal spin casting machinery. New machines? False affirmation?JT-Y wrote:Nope. Freshly cast. The guy in the mould room spent four hours digging the moulds out of the vault.
