We are about to start our new season and a member asked how strong Frank should be?
We have him as a ST5, but the member has called that into question. He thinks the ST should be AT LEAST a "6".
Anyone have an opinion?

well, FUMBBL show him as ST5. since a standard flesh golem is ST4, i see no problem with Frank only being ST5. i'm sure others may have different opinions...
