Pre-Match Sequence

Pre-Match Sequence.

3. Buy inducements.
If both teams have the money and "petty cash" for buying 5 special plays card its gonna go wild :-)

4. Draw cards
If one team have 200 TV both teams draw another 4 cards each, and keeps 3 each.

Wow!!! 8 cards each :-)

And the rule only states 0-5 for inducement buys, the draw cards is after so I guess you even can have 10 card each.

And thats a maximum. Maybe thats why GW have atleast 20 cards in the box

Errata makes them step 2 and 3 but you can still add +5 draw/keep to whatever the team value is. With the new rules I do not see the Overdog having 500k Treasury to spend but it is theoretically possilble...

With another deck of Magic Items coming out "soon". With cards like Rakath's Curse, Magic Sponge, Kid Gloves I can see myself buying cards as inducments.
