Pogo hasn't been dropped -- but there will be another pack with more secret weapons. The current secret weapon gobbos are resin figures, so cannot be the booster, which specifically lists as plastic figures. (The booster would be ideal for Underworld or Orc coaches, though.) It would have been nice if they included a plastic Troll in the set, I agree, but at least the troll is plastic, and consequently cheaper than many GW figures of a similar size.

any word on the two extra secret weapons goblins are getting yet?

Are we talking -

Knife - Stab
Bad Year Blimp
Nets, or even Acid Net I think it was?
The infamous Goblin Tank
A Squig?

The remaining teams fall into 4 broad groups:
Majority Stunties: Underworld, Goblins, Halflings, Lizardmen, and Ogres
Undead: Necromantic Horror, Shambling Undead, Khemri, Vampires
Chaos: Chaos Dwarves, Chaos Renegades, Chaos Chosen
Misc. Amazons, and Norse
Six months ago Andy said the main teams for DZ2 were Goblins with 2 new Secret Weapons, Underworld (as you can make them from the Skaven/Goblin team boxes) and Chaos Renegades/Pact.

He aslo said they were working on new Halfling team minitures for relase 2017 which could be DZ2 or DZ3 depending on how they structre the release.

That's correct. I'd quite forgotten Andy said it at a seminar. Basically teams you can build with what they've released, plus a few bits. They are working hard to bring us plastic teams from DZ1 and don't want to add to the list just yet, which is fair enough when you consider they have stuff to make for 2 other games coming soon as well.
Though I think he was joking about the Halflings. His boss, Tony, likes them and has been dropping hints! We'll see in due course.

Still can't tell you what the new Goblin players are. You'll have to wait a few days yet.

There's a lot of other great content in DZ2, some really fun stuff. People will hate it.

I hate fun stuff!

Why there are two different price columns in that chart?

Hmm, if Chaos Renegades are in DZ2, they would still need a Minotaur and Delf. Would be interesting if they released a kit like the Bright Crusaders to switch up existing minis to Chaos Renegades. Especially if they offered mutation parts.

Trade price (35% discount) and Retail. Your FLGS gives 10-20% off the retail price and the difference is there profit margin (about £5 on each Goblin team sold).

For the 12 goblins, the columns point to 45-46% discount. What's the catch? :-?

There are different levels of trade discount. 30% is the starting point. Whoever leaked their price list obviously shifts a lot of GW stock and is a big account, hence why the trade price listed is at better than 30% discount.

No toy soldier company gives good discount, PP, North Star, Reaper, whoever, the standard discount is 30%, GW are one of the few who offer better discounts actually, but they're big enough to do so. FLGS aren't a good way to get rich, ot when you consider that the trade discount on the clothes you buy and so forth is like 80 or 90%, worse when they are forced to buy through a distributor like many are. It one reason why Magic and the like prop up gaming stores, good discount, good sales figures.

So, The only rosters in DZ 2 would be goblins, Underworld and Chaos renegades?
I consider LRB 6.0 a stale rules set and if in this edtion adds fun things that people will hate, im full into this ruleset.

Then you'll love DZ2. There are fun things aplenty. New faces and old favorites, too.

Is it possible to give us any indication as to whether we will get Wizard rules in Season 2?

Similarly will Pile On be re-written and brought back ?

Any info appreciated, even a date about when these questions can be answered?

thanks

But we can't.

I've mentioned before that anyone involved in playtesting or similar have signed confidentiality agreements. Anything that myself or anyone else lets slip has been approved to be let slip first.
Personally, I'd appreciate not being asked for more. Thanks.
