I've mentioned before that anyone involved in playtesting or similar have signed confidentiality agreements. Anything that myself or anyone else lets slip has been approved to be let slip first.
Personally, I'd appreciate not being asked for more. Thanks.
really...

sorry for being excited about the upcoming releases and asking a perfectly simple question....

And JT-Y politely declined to answer it, with a very good reason why he can't. I'm not sure what else he could have said.

JT-Y and Milo, I appreciate the extra info that you have provided from time to time. I don't always agree with some of the decisions GW have made with the BB re-release, but I appreciate the info all the same.

I respectfully disagree. I posted a harmless question asking if any info can be given at this point in time.

Milo answered in a fair fun way. JY-T didn't need to reply as Milo already had but he felt the need to add an arsey don't ask me again -
I'd appreciate not being asked for more.

There, I kind of agree.
If you can't talk about it, stop hinting that you know more, please.

We'll tell you what we can, when we can.
And I would appreciate not being asked for more than that. Thanks again.

In general, I am happy with the support of the game. New teams at a reasonable pace (I already struggle to keep up purchasing what I want) and made to order teams for what will not happen soon. As Dode, the latest stuff makes me open minded about DZ2.

A suggestion (likely said a million times before me, but anyway) would be that If stunties come in the new book, hopefully there is an amendment where at least they can hire stars in play offs. Not that they will ever get there, but if they do, no point making it even harder.

Regarding experienced players and "not needed but wanted" from GW, I would say it is both, even if they are not a big part of sales. They are the ones that can best help at keeping the game awesome, which in turn helps long term sales. But GW/Andy is aware of this, I take, as people like Milo, J-TY and others are now involved.it is just a bit of a shame that there is so little discussion on new stuff here or elsewhere. Maybe DZ2 will change that :-)

Unfortunately, the Blood Bowl Community has a bad case of fragment-itis. Some people post here, a few on the NAF forums, a bunch on any one of various Blood Bowl Facebook groups, some on the Cyanide forums, etc. I think we'd have a thriving community if everyone standardized on one location, but I can also understand the ease of use of posting/commenting on Facebook as opposed to logging onto a forum like this. (On the other hand, a forum like this offers persistence, whereas the FB group is pretty much just rant of the day.)

But let's get back onto the subject of this thread... with DZ2 pre-orders about to start, anyone want to make public guesses on what the new special goblins will be? (or anything else about DZ2, but it's pretty common knowledge that there are new stuff coming for the Goblins...)

I'm hoping for a chaos see-saw.
I could also see a Doom Diver coming, or maybe a Snotling Pump Wagon style machine for them (kinda like a goblin deathroller :P )
Either way: excited to see new goblin toys coming.

I'm thinking mono-miniature weapons.
Doom diver for sure.
Doubt the see saw.
Netter? Or Clubber? Or just someone with stab?

Love the thought of new goodies. More spectacular ways to lose!
I'd have settled for loner off the Trolls tho'

Cheers
Martin

My guess -
Squig and Squig herder (with cattle prod)
Maybe Squig hopper could be a secret weapon - after all mounts are banned in blood bowl after the Khorne Juggernauts debacle.

My guess:
-Goblin with stab without SW skill, that could be great.
-Goblin with net, maybe working similar to a tentacles and prehensile tail.
-Goblin with blunderbuss as Longshot Zzharg Madeye from CD.
-Squig or Squig hopper.

I wish stab a squig/squig hopper. But we'll see soon.

I would guess something for ball handling (blunderbuss or doom diver) and something for extra-mayhem/randomness (flame-thrower? Stab because 5 secret weapon players is too much?)

Squig rider,
Doom diver,
Goblin fart gun,
Goblin with two chainsaws/hedge cutters,
lots of snotlings holding ball and chain or chainsaw
Snotling cannon (fires snotling like blunderbuss)
Snotling pump wagon,
Snotlings with magic mushrooms.

Oooh, oooh, I want a squig hopper.
We had house rules for those back in the day, but they were probably too mundane for BB2016...
