Today I`m talking a bit about a Wanderleague, which is essentially a way of playing solo campaihns in Blood Bowl. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!

So, I've finally come around to paint some of the big boys in an orc team. Gotta say, I'm pleased with the progress. Think I'll have the team finished before the end of the year.

That's some nice looking Orcs. Great minis and paints!

I have a hard time pushing myself to doing such stark highlights, probably because I'm looking so close at the mini while painting and not considering what it will look like across the table.

Thanks! On the pictures the highlights actually look a bit harder than in real life, but it's not that far off.

Usually I tend to go with a shade or two and up to a max of 4 highlights. Even with a starker contrast, it'll still appear somewhat soft to the human eye. Mostly I try to resemble an early days 'Eavy Metal style, from the magazines.

Another player is off the painting shelf and my league is running smoothly (more on that in future articles).

This guy is a little nostalgic trip for me. It's basically how all started. Enjoy!

Your paint skills have definitely gotten better over time. I do like those original colors though, made some nice blue costumes.

If I ever get my hands on a 2nd ed. team, I'ä paint that one in the old color scheme and maybe play a "Prequel"-campaign.

No new article is ready yet, but the team is finished! Started in 2001 and finished in 2019 I can't wait to continue the series and the next season of the team.

Re: Chaosbunker.de - Creating Character

The second league game is in the books - who should I face next? My possible opponent is undecided if he shall play his Darfelf team or his Ogre team with the new rules. The Elves look better, but it would probably be more interesting to see the Ogre's in action with their new roster? Decisions, decisions...might simply throw a coin.

There's a veteran for the team. Tomorrow I'll post a round up of the entire repainted team. This'll mark a big step in the project for me, as I've never got that far before.

Congratulations on finishing the team! What about adding a Troll to the list now? And painting up more fans and coaching staff? There's always something more that can be added.
