Hmm, makes it almost sounds like there are new rules/roster for Chaos. Maybe it's just inferring that the team is 'new' to BB2016.

"Coaching the Doom Lords
With the Doom Lords available soon, we chat with the people who wrote their rules to pick up some top tips on using them."

and

"Doom Lords – The Inaugural Match
We put the Doom Lords to the test in their first ever televised match – tune in for a sneak preview of their rules!"

Didn't catch the timing of releases - but pretty sure I heard £8 as the cost for Spike magazine

I suspect like Deathzone season 1 and 2 they will have special rules for playing as the "Doom Lords" team from a specific year like they did for Bright Crusaders and other teams.

That would be nice!

Yea, that would make more sense. I guess I don't really consider "stats" for teams as new "rules", but whatever.

Having listened to the Twitch Video again, the Chaos Pitch is due out in July. Can anyone tell me how much later the racial pitches were released after the teams? I.e Goblin release vs the Goblin Pitch release?

I missed it too, but this seems to be a pretty good summary, according to those who did watch it.

Not really anything in there that turns my head.

The switch from Death Zone to Spike! Journal just means buying and carrying more books and the Chaos Warriors have already been slated enough. As for the pitch, just reminds me of a Deep-Cut Studios one, and I've got plenty of pitches, already.

Churning out ten star players a team seems a little optimistic, given that we've been waiting 1½ years (so far) for four human models! Best case scenario is that they release the rules and people carry on churning out amazing kitbashes like you see on Facebook/Twitter so frequently.

Quite like the idea of turning someone into a frog though, so there's that...

Aspiring to improve on mid-table mediocrity, over in the SAWBBL.

Fancy an actual one-dayer? Check out The Coffee Cup.

Also, at the twitch, Andy showed a page of spike! where there were many chaos star players. Does anyone know if they were future miniatures, conversions or old models?

I don't see any leaked prices or releases relating to the Blood Bowl coverage on Warhammer Live.

The miniatures in Spike! Journal? They're the Chaos Chosen team. Or do you mean what the Stars are?
