I did not say I did not like the Norse Runner (just that they have a split personality). I rather like them, if fact, and would start with 2 of them. I like the extra movement, extra mobility (once skills are added), and the protection that Dauntless brings against high ST teams (e.g. Orcs).

This type of player, with split or multiple roles (and multiple skill access) will always be in skill deficit. One reason I like to take at least 1 Thrower (who can take Sure Hands, keeping a skill slot free for a Runner).
