Beginners Guide to Table Top (short video)

Hi all,

I posted my video - 5 ways to become a better blood bowl coach recently, but since this site is predominantly tabletop related maybe people would be interested in this video. It's quite short (<15mins) and aimed at newer players; how to build a roster, how to set table etiquette and how to look like you know what your doing.

Thinking about it, it might have been interesting (since this is mostly for newbies) to ever so slightly explain the skill selection.
For me, in tournaments, it's as simple as:
1. Blodge is king (if you've got Block, consider Dodge, and vice versa) - both keep you on your feet on your opponent AND gives a great ability for your own turn. Prime beef. Big Guys with a doubles roll also often take Block.
2. Guard is... also king(?). It helps on your own turns as well as your opponents. Helps you block and prevent opposing Blocks.
3. Because blodge is king, you need to counter with a tackle, wrestle or frenzy player - depending on your team. Frenzy is riskier, but also affects all opponents, and it let's you surf opponents, which is a key source of attrition.
4. Because guard is king, you need to counter it with... more guard!
5. If you're playing Wood Elfs - take a Strip Ball wardancer.
6. Depending on your team (and strip balling wardancers) you may well need a Sure Hands player.
7. Claw, Mighty Blow. Creating a Mighty Blow hitter is tempting, but often the Guys you really want to hit will be Blodgers. Mighty Blow is usually taken by players who start with Claw, and Claw by players with Mighty Blow. Other than that, Mighty Blow usually only has appeal on teams that can take a few of them - perhaps combined with other sources of attrition (Frenzy and fouling cheap linemen).

Yes, the orc series are a blast. Great to see you criticise your own moves with the 2 week gap between playing and recording the analisis!

Honestly the more I watch the Orc series the more I feel like I'm learning. Watched someone else's stream and was thinking - man Andy would say this guy misplayed X and Y because he missed the following things.
