LeagueManager (originally by Christer Kaivo-oja of FUMBBL fame and updated by Mattias Fredsberg) was released as open source a while back. Just requires Java (version 1.3 or higher).

It may be a bit more than you're looking for, but you can run entire leagues, divisions, tourneys, etc... in addition to managing your teams. It's a little tough to figure out, however and it may not be your cup of tea.

Try the Halfling Scribe League Management Sheet (if you have Excel).

Ronald Loker's team manager is pretty damned good. Aimed at PBeM, but I use it for all my teams now. It calculates team rating and everything.

Not sure of the address, but you could try http://www.pbembb.com as a starting point in your hunt.
