We are testing out a system called Pandora's Box. Nothing fancy. A coach enters a minimum of 5 teams and when at least 2 coaches join, you can initiate the draw and a random match is scheduled and shown on the Upcoming Matches page. If an odd number of coaches enter, then one coach is left out. For example if 3 coaches enter then a single match will be scheduled; if 6 coaches enter then 3 matches are made.
Still looking for some table top leagues to join and give feedback.
