The Herts & Essex Blood Bowl League

A big hello to everyone on TalkFantasyFootball!

I would like to introduce our Blood Bowl league, the HEBBL.

The HEBBL is one of the newest table-top Blood Bowl Leagues in the UK. We have 30 current members with 20 coaches currently active and competing.

Each team plays one game per week, with a League Cup also thrown in, and one off special events such as the Santa bowl and the Easter bowl!!

We have just completed our 3rd season, with six teams fighting it out in our Final’s day held at an exclusive venue.

We regularly all meet up for a ‘players meeting’ which is really just a good excuse for having a bit of a laugh and a beer or two!

Season 4 is due to start shortly and we are looking to recruit individual players in and around the Hertfordshire and essex areas.

In addition we are also looking for groups of players or established leagues to join the HEBBL as regional qualifying areas. Each area would be administered individually but under the umbrella of the HEBBL, with the winners of each area all coming together for the finals day fighting it out to crown the overall champion!

We have house rules in place, electronic teamsheets and HEBBL branded LRB6 rule packs for all coaches.

Our vision is to help the community champion the Blood Bowl game by creating a network of coaches who compete regularly and create the bedrock of a UK wide league structure.
