If you've got php/MySQL you may want to look at OBBLM - which is an open source online blood bowl league manager. Its on Google code.

There is also the Aros BB league's software which is popular, but I'm not sure of the distribution model.

Both of those would give you a massive head start.

php/mysql is on my todo list to learn so may well be implimented in the future but not yet, thanks for the tips though

I think you'll probably save time by doing that first, rather than keep updating a pure HTML website.
