Tournament List Builder

I've updated the tournament list builder I wrote with the Halfling and Ogre Spike Journals. I didn't restrict the Ogres to 0-5 so they can be built with or without the Runt Punter.

I also added in a way to filter out the Golden Era or Legacy star players.
