Albion League (Sheffield UK)

Post by noodle »

The new ABBL site is now well under way - its not finished, clearly, but I like the new format at least... Colours and images to be added later. At the moment I like its simplicity...

First I will finish the archives and background sections...

Comments, ideas welcome...

Oh yeah -

Wish I had a league running near me :(

Ever thought of starting one? Thats what I did in Autumn 97... Of course I had a natural captive population - I was bound to find some BBers among 20,000 students!

And we've been going ever since - currently 11 people in the league...

Tried, no takers. My gaming buddies only meet up once a week (wives are a pain ;) ) so want to play different systems. No responce to the note I put up in the local shop that stocks GW stuff :(

Still, if I set up a one-man league, at least I'll finally win something

God, no. The move into Andover from a nearby village was stressful enough, thanks very much

I have a suggestion for your website, noodle. How about photos of top teams, such as the amazing 'Special Treats'?
