A nice totally converted Goblin team !!!

Post by kadu-c »

Here are the pics of a nice goblin team.
The theme is the Zodiacal signs:
http://www.francebloodbowl.com/special/ ... 7_chambery

451: The ref
452: the head coach
453: Poseidon
454: Zeus
455: Aries and Taurus
456: Gemini and Cancer (not finished)
458: Leo and Virgo
459: Libra and Scorpio (not finished)
460: Sagittarius (don't be afraid, he has the characteristics of a normal goblin !)
461: Capricorn
462: Aquarius and Pisces (sorry the pic is fuzzy)

Few other ones:
421: Zeus again
422: Poseidon again
423: Sagittarius again
424: Cancer again (ouch very fuzzy...)

BTW, the other pics were taken by me during a tournament last week-end (not NAF), in Chambéry (France). Have a look on it ! And I don't say that because I finished at the 2nd place...
Enjoy !

kadu-c, I am totally impressed! That is an awesome concept. I especially liked the "goat headed" goblin. He looked so right. Good job!

That's it. I'll never convert another miniature. I'll never be happy with what I produce after seeing miniatures such as these and some other pieces shown in here :-?

Great work!

Hm... The conversions are all nice and the theme is intriguing. But the pick of race to do the conversions on seem so horribly wrong! Maybe that's the point, though. :)
I'd seriously think about sculpting Zeus' robes instead of using real fabric, otherwise they look allright and quite funny!

I like your conversions even if the consept is really far out there. Most were very well done.

I was scanning through the other pics as well and there were some nice ones there, but what really caught my eye was the pitches you all had. Were they made for the tournament and more importantly how?

Oops...
I forgot to precise that it is NOT my work...
But these minis were made by another coach, and I'm not as skilled as him to make that kind of work !

They are just scans of the official BB pitches on a paper sheet ! But the organisers add with Photoshop the emblem of the city where the tournament was held.
