Djengis - Have you seen the Dogs of War mounted hobgoblins? They're done in a Mongol style and might fit well into your team.

and it is a hobgoblin..
but still a realy cool model !
but not good for blood bowl conversion I think..

You should either go for the No.1 spot or the Best Painted award. There IS no "in between" ;)
