(Unofficial) NAF Valentine's Competition

For any NAF folks out there who haven't looked at the site recently, there is a competition for a holiday themed halfling. Inspired by Indigo's Christmas Competition, I thought I would provide a Valentine's Day Halfling. He can be viewed below.
