I get good results using olives seed. the only problem is that you have to eat an entire jar to find two suitable balls, but, to me, is delicious.

if eat olives make you sick, try to eat the smallest olives that you can find. the seed of the big ones is... well, big.

other idea: buy a jar of olives, then, go to play with your friends. let them eat the olives and keep the seeds. easy, isn't?

What an excellent tip. I'm going shopping soon, so olives are now officially on the family menu. I need some BB balls for my new DE team so we shall all be eating them untill I need no more. Any particular olive is best?

Xtreme is absolutely right, but I also recomend the smallest olives. I only use the green ones, because the black ones are too expensive
