Love the team! Makes me wish I had more skill with the Green Stuff!

You say that the chainsaw model is "vibrating" does he actually? If so, I would love to know how you did that.

Has the lizard skin / scales been painted or are they left as grey plastic?

Great job nonetheless!

most dynamic team I have ever seen... truly fabulous, now the tourney is over do you plan on doing any more painting or are you happy with the clean simple look?

I love the figures. Not wild about the choice of skin colour though - I think the grey is a bit dull and doesn't make the figures stand out the way they should. A thin glaze with a green-blue ink might help that, just to give the tones a bit more life (if you were speed painting the slightly flat colours are understandable.)

I hope there will be more as this is a truly great team that is only a hair from being among the finest I've ever seen (which is pretty much Longfang's stuff).

These are amazing. The best team I've seen in the flesh. I have seen as good or better technique (not often mind) but overall WOW! factor was unreal.

apologies for the thread necromancy, but having seen images of this team from the NAFC I just have to say what a truly wonderful team this is. I can't believe I missed it 3 years back, but just want to say WOW!

nippy, if you ever fancy converting another lizzie team you know where to find me.. I suck with lizzies, but would be the happiest guy at the low end tables with these beauties! :D

A 3 year necro....amazing work.

I'm glad you did it though. I hadn't seen this team yet and it's very nice. Outside of the dynamic poses I would like to point out how amazing an extremely simple paint job can look. I think a lot of folks get too wrapped up in trying to masterclass every model they lay their hands on and end up frustrated (I know I'm guilty of this from time to time). I'm not saying that there isn't something to be said for an awesome paint job, but I think it's nice to see a really good example of a simple, simple color scheme that is beautifully executed.

not even looking at the IP issue, I saw somewhere a post from Galak noting that plastic in the middle of a miniature makes "boom" when cast.

But if he went back and redid them in GS and cast them... I would buy them.
