Well, I didnt really put the speed into the speed painting this time... We are now some months later, but I have some more minis with paint on them, but no horrors yet.

For my Ork team I have painted this sideline setup:

The "mom" and the hulligan as rerolls, the ref as turnmarker and the boss as reroll or leader reroll. The doc I Think you all can figure out yourself.

For my wife (yes she is no longer my fiance) I have finished the nuns.

I know that this not will be everybodys cup of the, but what the heck.

Team: "Old Ma Chaos"

A Chaos Pact team in a cannibal, zombie, farmer style. Mauraders will be the farmers. Position players will be animals.

So far, two famers from Tengu models:

The painting looks great and I love the theme. (Not too keen on the big hand, but hey - that's just my taste. The fat bloke with the cap, on the other hand, is way cool!) On the negative side, they are maybe not very BB looking. A few shoulder pads would probably be enough to make a difference, though. I know shoulder pads and denim may sound like a weird combination but I think it could work, and the clash in style could look quite fun. :D

Interesting take on a team Lard. I guess the obvious choices would have been to go with Undead/Necro or perhaps Nurgle for the Zombie farmers (fatties as warriors, skinnies as rotters?).

Painting looks pretty neat - looking forward to seeing how the team comes out, especially the big guys :)

Thanx guys!

I have been thinking about adding more blood bowl shoulder pads and such but the models doesn't come across as farmers in the same regard. I'm a little bit torn on that issue. I might try to add some numbered shoulder pads from impact as i like those.

The team was in the beginning thought as a Chaos or Nurgle team, but size changed that. A picture tells the story:

Re: Lards plogg: Working on Zombie farmers AND the Crypt Cre

Back with another late update on my painting progress. All farmhands on the Zombie/farm team is done and almost all positional players to. The little pig (as goblin), the rabbit (as skaven), the chicken (as troll) and so on have all gotten some paint on them. I just have to build the Bull and paint it and the farm cat (dark elf).

But I have struck some obstacles in the so common painting ADD. It started on http://fumbbl.com/ where I played some matches with the Necromantic team, and I really enjoyed myself. Soon I just had to have a ready necro team to play next season in my local league. As I already had a lot of miniatures I just started painting. The team is not ready yet, I have not select zombie models as I think the ones I have from Willy's are to big, but I wanted to share my progress and get some feedback.

The color of the eyes are one problem I hope get some ideas from you all on. Light blue is the main idea but it feels a little non-original. Is it still plausible?

Blue is perfect but I have never managed to work out how to subtly make the areas around the eyes glow by putting lighter blue.

Nice one on the farmers concept. Is it the horse you use as the Ogre?
Them are some characterfull line-folks, too.

Great job on the unead/necro.

Thank you for the feedback.
And yes, it is a Horse as the Ogre (and a Chicken as the Troll).

Thanks guys for the possitive feedback!

I have begun to paint some underworld goblins and have been converting a River troll to make me previous painted skaven team playable as Underworld as well. Team name for the underworld is Partnership of Underachivers and Low Performance (P.U.L.P)
