New Impact! Kickstarter Beastface Chaos/Human teams- Nov '15

Hi everyone, I figure seeing as I'm moving ever closer to production I thought I'd give you a bit of a preview of a new set of figures I'm hoping to release late Sept or early Nov. This will be my first proper foray into a commercial miniatures venture, so it's all new ground for me!

WIP greens as of last week, sculpted by John Pickford:

The above 3 figures are now finished, complete with plenty of spikes and will be going to be master cast early next week. John will then convert the masters to give me 6 different models which could be combined with some Chaos Warriors and a Minotaur for a nice Chaos team!

I'm working on the website now, including all the key things like shipping, prices, payment options etc and will make sure there's a link here once it's all finalised.

I'll be posting more updates, pics of the finished models when I receive them, and hopefully some painted versions in the not to distant future. So stay tuned.

They are pretty damn sweet. Depending on price I may get a set, despite having no need whatsoever for another Chaos team!

Wow, they look great to me. I especially like the middle one. I have zero need for a minotaur, but might get one or two anyway.

Do you plan to distribute them yourself, or are you putting them out through a more established company?

These guys are bull-headed beastmen, so ~28mm rather than minotaurs...we may do those later though

Currently thinking of launching myself and see where we go. I don't know the size of the market, how popular they'll be or a whole range of other variables, so it's all unknown territory!

Models are looking good, you could always do some heavily armoured Bestigors to represent warriors and a huge one for the Mino.

I quite like the idea of a beasts team just using the normal chaos list.

My mate Tuko on here tried Beasts only with a Mino - seems to work pretty damn well. Also, loving that middle miniature!
