Oh yeah - and here's my pride and joy. (Unfortunately I can't claim the honour of having painted them myselfs. All credit goes to Painted by G.)

What a cracking selection of teams folks! Really inspirational and great to see so many great looking figures :)

The display bases are pretty straightforward - pick up a cheap picture frame. Cut a piece of board to size and drill holes with a 25mm drill bit. Add scenic elements, texture, paint, flock ;) I recall Nazgob did a 'how to' for his elf team - can't seem to find in now.

Everything in here is an amazing work of art. Great job everyone. Hopefully this thread will become dozens of pages long.

I'll try and post up some teams at some point in the future.

Thanks, I don't want to break the thread rules of mass pics so here is a link to the album with all the pics.

But I can't resist being a bit of a rebel and posting a pic of my fave model in the team.

By the way another good option for display bases is to use foamboard in the frame as it's easier to cut.

There are chopped minis there!! Or at least i see chopped bits on 2, 4, 9, 10, 15 and the first edition rat....

On the other hand, it's such a superb paintwork that it really does not matter... i just felt sad when i noticed it...

Still not a hundred percent sure I know what you mean but I'll try and answer as best I can.
If you refer to the paint; yes it's chipped-looking but it's painted to be so. Zoom in and you'll see.
If you refer to the miniatures themselves; I don't know what you mean but I can guarantee you they are all complete/undamaged.
Hope that answers the question. :D

Got to agree with this! Last night i stuck my 2nd Ed dark elves in some nitromors in order to strip them and get the ready to paint! Setting myself a target of the Waterbowl so to encourage me to get back playing some tournies!

Ill post some pics of the teams i have painted later.
