i stole (here) the idea from someone who painted the greebo team with grey skin hobgobelin

i don't like the fact that this roster has some not-green skin (the dwarves) and some green skin, when green is not one of the uniform color of the team.
I think it will bring more harmony, to have the same color for the skin of the bulls and for the one of the hobgobelins

Your "Quick and Dirty" looks better than most of my "Slow and with lots of effort" ;)

Sadly, I have to agree with rolo.

Sominkmonkee, are those Bull Centaures conversions or did they come this way straight out of the box? If conversions, how did you do them?

Thanks for the kind words. I only really paint quick and dirty because otherwise I get bogged down in details, won't finish or worst of all strip or take apart the models because they aren't perfect (ADHD with anxiety and depression).

As for the Bull Centaurs the are converted using the Forgeworld upper bodies and Mantic Bull Centaur bodies. They did me a solid by breaking up a full box of 10 and only charging me half the cost of a box. I'm not as happy with the green stuff work or the paint job on the centaurs but they will do.

Very interesting and well thought through taking the clear bases!
But how does your opponent tell the positions apart?

The Linemans in the background are "Sorrows" from Wyrd Games (game: Malifaux).
In the foreground, from left to the right: Thrower (Reaper Miniatures), Catcher, Catcher (both Games Workshop), Blitzer (World Cup Mini), Blitzer (Reaper Miniatures), Blitzer (Reaper Miniatures), Blitzer (World Cup Mini).

I will mark the positional players with colored dots and/or skill-rings.

Hi all. Loving the teams in this thread.

Just getting back into the game after a few years off, and can't believe I didn't post these here yet. These are my teams from the 90s that I sort-of updated about 5 years ago.

Still got to update my old humans, and then get painting the five other teams I've slowly been putting together. Better get to it...
