These are the Braining Warpheadz, an Underworld team.
Sorry, for the crappy photo, but it should give you an idea.
The concept is an infighting/explosives one. With the obvious underworld/mutation themes.
The team is:
BUZZ'UR'GAR – Center/Tentacle
Jey-Jey SHRAPNEL – Blitzer/Extra Arms
CAPTN Nargov FLASHBANG – Blitzer
Skix FIREBOMB - Thrower
CZAR PALM the III. - Thrower/Big Hand
Scorch RATTERBANG – Lineman/Long Legs
Taboo la NITRO - Lineman
Tiago SCUFFLOW - Goblin
Gumby DUNGBOMB - Goblin
B.(eng) & B.(ong) 'the BIG BICKER' Qualm – Goblin/Two Heads & Horns
Tough MOLLY - Goblin
IGGY Night – Goblin/Extra Arms
'the BOMB-BROTHERS' A. & H. Hustletussle – Goblin/Two Heads
SCRAPPY Fuse - Goblin
FATGOB Mo – Goblin/Squig
LITTLESNOT Joe – Goblin/Squig
MASTA BRAINA: Rev. A. Bomb
MOTIVATOR: Big Bertha
KLIM-BIMS: Riff & Raph
CHIEF MEDIC: Snifftik
SHAMAN: Ma Jig
The squigs are normal Goblins, but if going for house-rules I would play them as:
0-2 Squighoppa 80k 6/3/3/7 Claw, Leap, Very Long Legs AS/GP
Desperate Excuses (aka Designer Notes):
I'm not sure if squigs should have M. And if they don't, they should get VLL to make Leap usable. To make the player weaker (vulnerable) you may give it Stunty.
Two more ST 3 players with Claw (and S access!) will make the team more bashy. Not necessarily a good idea (no, no). Stunty could counteract that a little (especially when Guard and MB compete with Dodge). Another balance option would be to have them replace the Skaven Linerat. (Replacing the Blitzer would be a massive downgrade). Or replace S access with G, but that would make the Leap/VLL option stronger (access to: Block, Frenzy, Tackle, Strip Ball, Wrestle), and I don't see the squig in that role, but rather as agile and destructive. With only A access the player would become too boring.
You may also make the player even more bashy and give the Squig: ST4, Frenzy & No Hands instead VLL, and SM/GAP access, their salary would need to increase to 110k then.
Garion had a funny idea where the combo was Goblins with Thrall and ST5 Squigs with Blood Lust
.
But all considered the squig design seems fine in itself, the player has potential and should be fun to use and improve, but has also considerable weaknesses (no G access, only ST 3 and AV 7). In fact it may not even be considered a powerful player other than in Goblin Teams. But the main problem is that it messes up the Underworld concept (which is fine as it is, and doesn't need any changes). However, as Underworld is (tier 4?), I wouldn't be bothered too much if someone wanted to use them either. Then again I completely lost my fear regarding house rules, so...
bottom line, I like the design (perhaps add Stunty), but not as part of the Underworld team. Which is probably my main (if not only) concern regarding this design.
