Stompie's various blood bowl teams

Post by Stompie »

Hi there. I usually just lurk but thought I would start sharing my works in progress. Currently working up a Chaos Pact team and a Slann team. Pics will follow. If anyone fancies a game against these guys, I often play open games on Tuesdays at the Mason's Arms near Great Portland Street/Warren Street tubes in London:

At the top of the page there is a link to register, which you have to do to post,

I am Stompie on the forum.

I also made a quick Youtube video of these guys if you're interested. Cool for others to see these in 3D:

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

Thanks Heff. I also felt the iPhone had not done them credit, particularly with the jewels. May try again with SLR when I finally base them. I have virtually finished the chaos pact team and would love an opportunity to try them out. Maybe against your 1400 or so ogre team for maximum comedy. Little one is here but I'm on hols so can make most evenings somewhere. We'll speak.

Thanks. With the orange on the taxi toad I tried a strange thing I read in a GW guide on painting blood angels: you use thinned down thraka green to shade red or orange. Works cos they are next to the colour wheel, whatever that means.

By the way, does anyone have a couple of plastic helmeted chaos warrior heads I can have/buy. The ones from the chaos warriors set currently in use. I need em for the gaspez Norse linemen I want to convert to Pact.
