Any chance of that scale shot of the Otherworld werewolf and weretiger?
Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!

Argh, completely forgot, sorry! Am away (again) but will try to remember to take a pic on saturday. Will Otherworld werewolf and weretiger next to a GW BB wight and a GW Chaos Marauder do?Metalface13 wrote:Any chance of that scale shot of the Otherworld werewolf and weretiger?
There ya go:Metalface13 wrote:Yeah that sounds good.
Surely you mean the "three-point super-hero drop" pose...Metalface13 wrote:Also he's in a three-point football player stance.
Haha, that tooconnexion wrote:Surely you mean the "three-point super-hero drop" pose...Metalface13 wrote:Also he's in a three-point football player stance.
These are really, really nice. Can't wait to see what you whip up for Nurgle!connexion wrote:A few days ago, I finished the third (and final) harpy which concluded the the "wild warband" project. Here's a group shot of the warband:
This was a very interesting and challenging project which took me away from my confort zone (Blood Bowl and Undead) and for which I had to do some research on real life natural colours and patterns (wolves, vultures, owls, goats and kinds of tree bark). Though lacking the time (and also most of the miniatures), I would like to build a couple more warbands for Otherworld: one oriental-themed (with a Weretiger, an Oni/Ogre Mage, a Pennanggalan, a couple of mummies, a Djinn and their arab-style wizard/illusionist) and, another, subterranean-themed (with Myconids and the Myconi King, a drow priestess and I don't know what else). Perhaps someday... :beardy:
For what may be coming up next, see the list below. Jerry Cornelius should be the next single piece project and, after that, I hope to begin painting a Blood Bowl Nurgle team assembled with a selection of miniatures from the Heresy catalogue. I've also given a quick lick of paint to the Oni/Ogre Mage meaning that I've actually started the oriental warband project though it won't be following anything ressembling a regular schedule (and I still am missing some of the required minis like the mummies, the djinn and the wizard...).
Onwards!
