haha! I've never actually played them before. but a halfway decent looking 28mm team might convince me to give them a shot. :)

One project which I've been looking for (just, you know, not enough to actually DO anything about ;) ) is an undead and/or necromantic team which looks like football players. Just about every undead team (and there are some fantastic looking ones out there) look like warhammer figures without weapons.

Willy's zombies come closest, but I think they go a little too far - they don't look enough like zombies, they look like human linemen. And I don't think I've ever seen a Wight or Mummy in a football helmet.

Re an earlier post; does Impact! still sell Calasians? I checked their site yesterday and couldn't find them. Does anyone have pics?

Their recent kickstarter had the Calasians, but with newly sculpted bodies instead of Kroot. As with the other teams, I assume these will be available to buy once the kickstarter rewards have been shipped.

i can speak for the new impact! slann. tom kindly donated a "pre released" set for our tourny last october. i assembled the team and primed them. then had to give them to the winner :(
anyway, they are very nice figures, much better than the gw kroot hybirds, and very much like the old art work.
highly recommended. tom did a great job. :D

I would be happy to make Elves as long as I could make them look like the low-down stinking cheats that they really are ;)

From talking to Pedro it appears that he will be able to start sculpting fairly soon. I was thinking of doing a Kickstarter a couple of months after Christmas.

I'm really excited to see some concept arts to see if I'll follow this project or not.
