Where can I get this miniature?

Found this ref card on facebook and I'm sure the ref on the card is based on an halfling ref miniature I've seen for sale somewhere but can't remember where any ideas thanks

I've never seen this as a mini, which means it probably doesn't exist
I've seen the cards on Facebook though. Why not ask the guy who does them?
