Bubble 2006 Goblin: details and painting advice

My goblins skin is a darkish-medium green. The bubble gobbo has some skin showing and a LOT of fur/hair.... With the mentioned skin tones, what fur color would complement? I cannot find any pics of a painted model, so only have my primed one to show.

For anyone who might know, what are the markings below the goblin's hair (running down the back)?

Could you specify which markings ?

The sculptor is a friend of mine, I could ask him… ;)

Stitches to hold the other torso? Siamese Frankenstein style.

What sometimes helps me is a white basecoat with a dark wash, brings details out nicely and makes 'em more visible.

These are stitches.

I'll ask him when I have the chance.
